What we collect

When you use HeartfeltScript, we collect the answers you provide to our speech questions (names, memories, descriptions) and your email address if you complete a payment. We do not require an account to use the service.

How we use it

Your answers are used solely to generate your speech. We do not sell your data, use it to train AI models, or share it with third parties except as required to process your payment (Stripe) and deliver the service (Supabase, Anthropic).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. HeartfeltScript does not store your card details. Your email address is collected by Stripe at checkout and stored in our database to allow PDF delivery and purchase records.

Data retention

Speech content and inputs are retained to allow re-download of your PDF. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.
